There are three kinds of cake pans available in today’s market: traditional, shaped and springform cake pans. No matter what cake pans you prefer using, you must be sure that the pans that you choose are high-quality, durable and deliver great cakes each time.
If you do choose to buy a traditional cake pan, choose aluminium ones and those with non-stick coating. For springform pans, opt for coated steel with non-stick interior. They should be durable and seamless when pieced together. Shaped pans can be a bit tricky. You can’t really bake a Big Bird cake each year, right?
