Fat Daddios Crispy Edge Square Baking Pan
I have given up on baking brownies. Whenever I make a pan full of them, they always feel apart whenever I slice them. They always end up looking terrible and unappetizing even though my brownies are truly delicious. I would never serve them to guests though my kids always fight over who gets the crispy edges.
Last night, my husband surprised me with a Fat Daddio’s Crispy Edge Square Brownie/Muffin Baking Pan. He said he missed my brownies and asked to bake them one more time using the pan. As soon as I woke up, I readily prepared the ingredients I need to make my delicious but ugly brownies. I was hesitant in believing that the Fat Daddio’s Crispy Edge Square Brownie/Muffin Baking Pan could actually help me make gorgeous brownies. But I was so surprised!
All my brownies came out beautifully! There was no need to slice them since they are already baked in individual servings. As I easily popped them out of the pan, I immediately noticed that they were crisp and nicely browned on outside but absolutely moist in the inside. My brownies were heavenly! For the first time, my brownies looked and tasted delicious!
