I love baking. I get a certain joy out of seeing members of my families and friends get pleasure from eating my cakes. With baking, I tend to experiment on flavours just to get away from the ordinary and basic ones. What I enjoy more than baking cakes is decorating them. With the right tools, equipment and ingredients, everything is easy.
My latest addiction is making wonderful tasting desserts out of innovative shaped cake pans. I first encountered these shaped caked pans while I browsing for several decorating ideas for a cake that I was going to make for my nephew’s birthday. I stumbled upon beautiful shaped cake pans on a website that sells cake decorating items. The shaped pans were available in every cartoon character, shape or animal imaginable.
My nephew loves Thomas the Train so I decided to get one. When I finished decorating the cake, I was really pleased with the result. He even hesitated when his Mom was about to slice it.
